For orders still in production, you should be able to update the shipping address. However, we cannot split shipments for an order already in production, nor can we update the change ship method.
From Your Spoonflower Account
- Sign into your account
- Link into Orders through the User Icon
- Link into the order in question
- If your order has not started printing, click CHANGE ADDRESS and enter the updated information
- Click CHANGE ADDRESS button
If CHANGE ADDRESS is not shown, this means your order has moved into production. However, we may still be able to update your address. Please contact us immediately using the email address used to place the order and include the following information:

- your order number
- the new shipping address you want to send your goods to
IMPORTANT: Once you change your address, the address change will NOT be reflected in your Order Status page. But don't worry! If you have received emailed confirmation from us, the address has been updated.
Guest Order
If you ordered as a guest, please contact us from the email address used to place the order. Be certain to share the following:

- the new shipping address you want to send your goods to
